Op 14 december 2023 promoveerde Anouk Tosserams aan de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen op het proefschrift getiteld ‘Compensation strategies for gait impairment in Parkinson’s disease: towards personalized gait rehabilitation’. Het onderzoek werd uitgevoerd onder leiding van promotoren prof. dr. B.R. Bloem en prof. dr. V.G.M. Weerdesteyn, en copromotor dr. J.H. Nonnekes. In dit artikel worden de belangrijkste bevindingen besproken.
